The Baker reports to the Manager Food Production, Retail and Catering Services. Under general supervision and following approved recipes, prepares a variety of bakery good and desserts. Utilizes automated kitchen equipment to prepare quantity baked goods and desserts. Ensure that baked goods and desserts are nutritional and appetizing. Decorates cakes and other baked goods.
