About The Position

Circa 1886 is looking for an experienced baker to make various breads and tea items for the restaurant and hotel properties. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is a plus. The right candidate must be available to work 4am - 12pm with weekend availability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 4am - 12pm shift with weekend availability
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of bread production
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• The ability to work as a team with a fluid result

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about the preparation and ingredients of every selection on the menu
• Receiving and putting away food deliveries
• Bread making
• Operating a dough sheeter
• Creativity in making breads/croissants/cinnamon rolls and tea items
