About The Position

The Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes is responsible for preparing high-quality cakes that meet the brand’s standards for freshness, flavor, and presentation. The Baker ensures consistent product quality by following proprietary recipes, production methods, and food safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining the bakery’s daily production levels to ensure guests always have access to fresh, delicious cakes.

Requirements

Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow recipes and production processes with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain production timelines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Follow proprietary recipes and procedures to bake cakes to Nothing Bundt Cakes quality standards.
Prepare cake batter, bake cakes, and monitor baking times to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain an organized and efficient baking schedule to meet daily production needs.
Ensure proper cooling, storage, and handling of baked cakes before they are frosted and decorated.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Communicate with the Froster and leadership team to ensure proper cake inventory and availability.
Assist with bakery opening and closing duties as needed.
