Requirements

  • Proven experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Food handling certification or food safety training is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, muffins, and other desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all baked items are prepared fresh and presented attractively for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and menu offerings
  • Follow food safety procedures and maintain proper sanitation standards at all times
