The Baker is responsible for producing high‑quality scratch‑made Hispanic baked goods, including breads, pastries, and specialty items, in accordance with established recipes and production standards. The Baker is tasked with maintaining a clean and sanitary baking environment and collaborates with the team to meet customer demand and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and service. Essential Functions of the Position: Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to established recipes and techniques. Weigh and measure ingredients precisely to ensure consistency in product quality. Operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofing chambers. Shape, mold, and decorate dough to create a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection and meet desired standards. Coordinate with the bakery lead to determine baking priorities and production schedules. Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Follow strict sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic baking environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
