About The Position

Weekday shifts, 3 days a week, 5–7 hours per shift We’re looking for someone who loves being in the kitchen, doesn’t mind a little flour on their shirt, and can keep up in a fast-moving, sweet-smelling bakery. If you’re into working hard, staying focused, and being part of a team that makes people happy—this is the job for you. What You'll Be Doing: Baking cakes using our tried-and-true (and secret!) recipes Measuring, mixing, pouring, and making magic in the kitchen Lifting 50 lb bags of ingredients—yes, you’ll get strong Popping cakes into ovens, checking doneness, and keeping everything moving Navigating the walk-in freezer and coolers without losing your chill Keeping your space clean and stocked for the next shift Following health and safety guidelines because clean cake = happy cake What You’ll Need: Be 18 or older Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for most of your shift Comfortable with following detailed instructions and staying on task Prior kitchen, bakery, or restaurant experience is a plus—but not required Why This Job is a Treat: We’re done early—no late-night shifts Flexible scheduling (and we actually mean it) T-shirts, sneakers, and a chill vibe Discounted cake—yes, it’s as good as it sounds The bakery smells amazing every day You’ll learn a ton and have fun doing it We’re a team—lots of laughs, good music, and support along the way If you're dependable, upbeat, and ready to roll up your sleeves (literally), apply now.
