About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes #34 is hiring a full-time Baker and Baking Assistant! This position offers perfect hours for a balanced work schedule, as the bakery is closed on major holidays. Employees will enjoy discounts on Bundt Cake and Retail, and full-time employees will receive fully employer-paid health insurance after 60 days. The work environment is casual and joyful, with on-the-job training provided for all employees. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Bakers will be scheduled for 30-40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, with shift times typically in the morning or midday. Some early hours and holiday work will be required. The pay range is based on experience, with compensation between $13.00 and $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Baking all cakes according to NbC standards and guidelines
• Maintaining par levels of cakes and creating baking plans accordingly
• Making frosting if needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing work station and equipment
