About The Position
Coffee Commissary in Glendale, CA is seeking dedicated and motivated BAKERS to join our team. We are located at 1419 W Kenneth Rd and are looking for individuals who are self-driven and engaged in their work. The ideal candidates will have a passion for baking and be able to work early morning shifts. The available shifts are from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, making it essential for applicants to be comfortable with early start times. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, catering to a variety of schedules. As a Baker at Coffee Commissary, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that are crucial to the baking process. This includes weighing and measuring ingredients accurately, mixing and blending batters, and rolling, kneading, cutting, or shaping dough to create a variety of baked goods such as sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, and cookies. You will also be tasked with setting oven temperatures and monitoring them to ensure optimal baking conditions, as well as icing, glazing, and decorating finished products. Maintaining inventory and ensuring a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment are also key responsibilities of this role.
