The position involves providing legendary customer service as defined by the employer within the scope of the role and company policy. Responsibilities include placing dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and baking in the oven or grill. The employee will observe the color of products being baked and adjust oven temperature as necessary. Additionally, the role requires applying glaze, icing, or other toppings to baked goods using a spatula or brush. The employee will work with the Bakery Sales Manager and others to plan items to be baked for the day and week. The hours vary, including weekends and holidays, and are subject to change. A Food Handler's Card must be obtained and maintained as required.
