About The Position
The position involves providing legendary customer service as defined by the employer within the scope of the role and company policy. Responsibilities include placing dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and baking in the oven or grill. The employee will observe the color of products being baked and adjust oven temperature as necessary. Additionally, they will apply glaze, icing, or other toppings to baked goods using a spatula or brush. The role requires planning items to be baked for the day and week in collaboration with the Bakery Sales Manager and others. The hours of work may vary, including weekends and holidays, and are subject to change. A Food Handler's Card must be obtained and maintained as required.
