About The Position

The Baker / Production Line Cook at Grand Casino Hinckley is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards. Requirements

• Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food according to established recipes.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications accurately.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with state health regulations.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, and other Associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety and security regulations as per company policy.
• Execute and prioritize multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality and food safety practices.
• Demonstrate knowledge and execution in various Food and Beverage outlets.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
