Responsibilities

• Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Bake a variety of breads
• Know bakery equipment and procedures to ensure a quality product
• Move or lift an average of 10-60 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 80 pounds occasionally
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
