The Baker (Lead/Senior) is responsible for the preparation, baking, finishing, and presentation of a variety of bakery products while providing day-to-day work direction and training to bakery staff. This role supports the Bakery Manager by assisting with workflow coordination, production planning, and quality control, while remaining hands-on in all aspects of bakery production. The position requires strong baking skills, leadership abilities, and strict adherence to all California, local, and federal food safety and workplace regulations.
