About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, the company believes in baking fresh bagels daily since 1995 and fostering a joyful environment. The Baker role is fundamental, with Bakers being the first to arrive (as early as 3 AM) to prepare bagels. Beyond baking, Bakers contribute to excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making. The team is also responsible for maintaining food and beverage quality and ensuring a safe and clean store environment. The company encourages career growth for its team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
• Arrive early (as early as 3AM) to bake bagels
