About The Position

Caesars Entertainment is looking for a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for decorating and finishing all cakes and pastries according to house specifications. You will need to have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all equipment used in the Pastry Shop, ensuring that your workstation is maintained in compliance with standards set by State and Local Health Department Codes. Additionally, you will be expected to report any violations and malfunctioning equipment to the Assistant Pastry Chef and perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Culinary School preferred.
• Two years in a large hotel pastry department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decorate and finish all cakes and pastries per house specifications.
• Have thorough understanding and knowledge of usage of all equipment used in the Pastry Shop.
• Work and maintain workstation in compliance with standards set by State and Local Health Department Codes.
• Report all violations and malfunctioning equipment to Assistant Pastry Chef.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
