About The Position

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time BAKER position located at Bank of America - 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, TX 75024. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:45 pm. The position requires prior experience in baking, scratch baking, and cake decorating. The role involves preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications, ensuring proper food preparation, maintaining sanitation, and interacting with customers. Requirements

• Prior experience in baking, scratch baking, and cake decorating is required.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
• Complete production records including waste tracking and product shortages.
• Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
• Handle food items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation and service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently.
• Check to ensure that all food is presented, served, and displayed per standards.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
