About The Position
The position is responsible for providing and producing the highest quality preparation of all Falls Buffet menu items in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner. The role requires practicing proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with Casino & Hotel, Native American Sanitation and Health Regulations. The individual must maintain a favorable working relationship with fellow Team Members and foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
