Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Update the labels and the product prices. 2. Clean the work area and bakery equipment. 3. Keep the display cases clean and full of product. 4. Place the right products in the display cases. 5. Prepare the baking oven under supervision. 6. Use equipment (mixers, fryers, etc.) under supervision. 7. Make bolillo, Conchas, cookies and donuts under supervision. 8. Put the finishing touches on the bread (sugar, icing, decorations, etc.) 9. Follow health standards. 10. Prepare invoices. 11. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 12. Keep the work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards. 13. Report faulty equipment and hazards to management. 14. PERFORM ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY THE STORE MANAGER
