Bakes all bread, rolls, breakfast breads, cookies, muffins, biscuits and pies, sets and punches dough. Has full responsibility for the production of the bakery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepares all dessert menu items for Harvest Buffet, Sweets, Etc., EDR and Banquets. Mix ingredients for all desserts. Bakes bread, cakes, cookies, pastries & pies. Makes and decorates all cakes, puddings, cookies, pies, tarts and French pastry items found on the dessert menus and in Sweets, Etc., EDR, Canyon Café and Harvest Buffet. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
