About The Position

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning off water in all areas of the machine, including small and large belts
• Checking sensors on the machine
• Quickly troubleshooting when items are not bagging, weighing or being inserted correctly
• Setting up chutes based on product being produced
• Understanding and using the control panel functions
• Assembling and dismantling equipment
• Operating mobile equipment
• Lock out tag out certification
• Stacking and inspection of products
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, walking, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing stairs frequently
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20-70 pounds
• Working in extreme temperatures and damp environments with potentially slippery surfaces
• Working overtime and weekends as needed
• Using basic computer skills
• Understanding labels, reading recipes, following instructions, and communicating effectively
