About The Position

This positio n is primarily responsible for operating the bagger machine as well as general feed mill work . Pay Rate is $18.50-$19/hr. depending on experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift and haul 50 lb sacks continuously for a shift.
• Must be able to operate without incident all yard equipment as mentioned above.
• Must be able to concentrate and remain focused despite repeated interruptions.
• Must be able to perform critical thinking and troubleshoot.
• Must to able to lift, p ush and pull heavy equipment (50 + lbs ) routinely throughout shift .
• Must be able to stoop, crouch, bend, climb, push and pull.
• Must be able to see without obstruction.
• Must be able to write clearly and legibly and keep detailed and accurate records.
• Highly effective at multi-tasking and handling continuous interruptions without losing focus .
• Strong follow-through skills.
• Must be self-motivated and accountable for results .

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate bagger machine and stack finished bags on pallets, in a repetitive continuous fashion.
• General clean up duties including sweeping, shoveling etc.
• Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
