The Baggage System Support Technician maintains the cleanliness and functionality of automated baggage handling systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation while assisting with equipment jams and learning under the guidance of maintenance and control room staff. WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A BAGGAGE SYSTEM SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Clear and reset baggage system jams and faults to minimize downtime and disruption Remove, sort, and transport luggage using baggage utility carts to designated locations Monitor and communicate baggage system faults to appropriate personnel Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, OSHA) Manually encode and scan baggage tags at designated stations as needed Learn to inspect and understand BHS equipment performance under supervision Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards Perform any additional duties as assigned by management WHY WORK FOR PRIMEFLIGHT?
