About The Position

As a Bell Baggage Handler at New York New York, you will create exceptional first impressions by delivering friendly, efficient service while managing luggage operations and supporting hotel groups. You will organize and retrieve baggage within the compound, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure timely handling based on guest needs. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences aligned with our core service standards.

Requirements

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
  • 6+ Months of Prior relevant guest service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
  • Bring luggage in or out for hotel groups
  • Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
  • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
