About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to frequently lift baggage weighing 90 pounds or more.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment.
• Ability to be badged for secure areas of the airport.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist airlines in expediting baggage to appropriate piers.
• Clear jams throughout the baggage handling system.
• Locate lost or damaged items.
• Utilize graphic displays to identify baggage jams and operational issues.
• Maintain customer relations regarding late, lost, or damaged luggage.
