About The Position

The Bag Designer will develop high-quality products from concept through production, working closely with global brand partners. This role involves translating brand identity into compelling design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of creative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of product construction, materials, costing, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing bags, pouches, or accessories.
• Background working with global consumer, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from initial concept to final production.
• Research and interpret brand DNA into thoughtful design concepts.
• Support and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare detailed specification sheets for sampling and production.
• Lead or assist in photography shoots to ensure creative alignment.
• Create visuals, artwork, and supporting materials for product presentations.
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and creative processes.
• Provide consistent updates to senior creative leadership.
