About The Position

This position requires Final Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access. The Badging and Access Control Specialist performs routine duties in an industrial security office to obtain security clearance on employees, control employee identification cards and records, and arrange visit authorizations for employees and others to gain access to restricted areas. Key responsibilities will include: - Issue, track, and protect employee identification cards and related documentation. -Maintain up‑to‑date access‑control databases and ensure data integrity across all systems. -Review and approve visit authorizations, coordinating with facility managers and security personnel to grant timely access to restricted zones. -Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to badges, access rights, and security procedures, providing a high level of customer service. -Conduct periodic audits of badge issuance and access logs to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. -Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Operations) and external customers to address access‑control needs and support security initiatives. -Participate in continuous‑improvement efforts, suggesting enhancements to badge‑management workflows and access‑control technologies. Requirements

Final Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
Must have a Valid Driver's License.
Administrative or support experience.
Experience with customer service and interacting with stakeholders.
Competently use computers and other systems to access data.
