About The Position

Superior Industrial Fire Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Services, Inc. We contract with local municipalities an industrial sites to provide Emergency Medical Services, Rescue and/or Fire Services. Much of our proven success is attributable to the exceptional, compassionate customer service provided by our employees. We are currently seeking a full-time Badging Agent to work at the Phillips66 site located in Wood River, IL. This position works Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older
  • Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Successful completion of pre-employment Safety Training
  • Must obtain Transportation Workers’ Identification Card (TWIC)
  • Must have at least one (1) year of data entry experience
  • Must have experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Must obtain within 6 months of hire date: CPR/AED Certification Drug Test Collector Certification Breath Alcohol Technician Certification Badging Agent

Responsibilities

  • This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to handle complex assignments, including extensive work with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain Wood River Refinery Safety Training annually.
  • Maintain CPR/AED certification, renewed as needed.
  • Answer office phones using quality Customer Service to assist callers with proper information and guidance.
  • Operate portable two-way radio communications.
  • Follows directions and instructions given by supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in offices and waiting areas.
  • Communicate any deficiencies, safety concerns, incidents to assigned supervisor.
  • Knowledge of location or access to all standard operating procedures, policies, employee handbook, etc.
  • Understand and follow chain-of-command using the Organizational Chart.
  • Conduct contractor drug/alcohol screenings, some may require to be observed urine collections.
  • Verify Identification, Background check, Drug Test Status, Compliance Training
  • Create access badges for new hires; modify/update badges as needed for existing contractors
  • Verify compliance and assign proper access levels for contractor/vendor/visitor badges
  • Create access badges for Vehicle Entry
  • Conduct audits and create reports as assigned.
  • Complete all assigned tasks provided by supervisor.
