Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to: Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area. Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment. Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment. Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed

Requirements

Minimum of 3-6 months experience working in a similarly situated manufacturing company in the previous 5 years; 1+ years of experience preferred
Minimum of 6 months in previously held positions
Good attendance record in previous positions
Applicants should be willing or capable of working and performing jobs in the following areas in the plant:
Work in an areas where livestock is being killed
Work regularly in temperatures are near or below freezing (Coolers, Loading Dock Freezer)
Work in areas with unpleasant odors
Work in damp or cold conditions (20-30 Degrees-Fabrication)
Work in extreme heat
Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 50 lbs.
Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool
Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary (Heavy Season- August-February)
Available to work days and nights
Willing and capable of working Saturdays
Willing and capable of working in or around bloody areas, in a fast-paced work environment, performing repetitive hand motions and body movements.
Physical demanding jobs may take 5 to 6 weeks for the body to fully adjust to the work conditions, work environment, and job descriptions.
