About The Position

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. The Club House Back Wait Staff is responsible for serving meals to Members in the casual, formal, bar, bistro and private dining rooms. Essential Job Duties: Delivery of any meal required to Member’s homes. Assist in clearing and resetting tables, pouring water and serving bread, provided kitchen support (stocking, running food, etc.), and breaking down trays at dish station. Perform coffee service to aid the servers. Help with making beverages on the cappuccino machine Assist in setting up and breaking down parties, carts or other tasks; work in the buffet or bar; clear salad plates and fires tables properly. Provide food and beverage items, as requested. Stock items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary. Run food independently.
