About The Position

The Backup Venter SW position is a full-time role focused on supporting automated vent equipment in a production environment. Requirements

• Preferred experience in production, particularly with large moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify birds on the production line that require cuts.
• Use scissors to manually open birds to create properly sized incisions.
• Participate as a member of the team, contributing to team concepts, programs, and policies.
• Coordinate work to ensure B.E.S.T practices with all team members.
• Attend appropriate team meetings and foster strong cohesiveness regarding major issues.
• Identify areas lacking cohesiveness and work with the team leader to resolve issues.
• Maintain familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems and communicate concerns and improvement ideas.
• Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
