The Backup Venter SW position is a full-time role focused on supporting automated vent equipment in a production environment. Attend appropriate team meetings and foster strong cohesiveness regarding major issues.
Identify areas lacking cohesiveness and work with the team leader to resolve issues.
Maintain familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems and communicate concerns and improvement ideas.
Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Preferred experience in production, particularly with large moving equipment.
Preference for experience in poultry or food processing organizations.
Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
