About The Position

Wellthy is Harvard University's trusted partner for Backup Care. This means we help Harvard employees, faculty, and staff find reliable care when their usual arrangements fall through or unexpected needs pop up. What is Backup Care? Think of it as flexible, on-demand support for families during crucial moments. This often includes: Emergency childcare: When a child is home sick from school, daycare closes unexpectedly, or a regular sitter is unavailable. School holiday care: Providing supervision during professional development days, school breaks, or other non-school days. Short-term elder support: Offering companionship or assistance for an older adult when a regular family caregiver is out of town or in an emergency. Care during family emergencies: Stepping in for a few hours to help a parent manage unexpected situations. Who We're Looking For: Caregivers from the Harvard Community We're building a unique community-powered care network for Harvard University. This means we're connecting Harvard employees with trusted caregivers from within the broader Harvard family.
