The Back‑Up Admin Coordinator supports store administrative operations by providing coverage and assistance with accounting, reporting, payroll support, and office procedures. This role ensures continuity of administrative functions and compliance with company policies in the absence of the primary Admin Coordinator. This role also ensures compliance with company policies, audit standards, and financial controls, assists with weekly, period, and month‑end administrative processes, supports internal audits and responds to documentation requests, and maintains confidentiality of sensitive associate and business information.
