About The Position
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated person to lead our traffic control repair shop. This position involves leading a team dedicated to maintaining our equipment and ensuring it remains in exceptional condition. The ideal candidate will assist customers and process and verify orders, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers while helping the company grow. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing team members, overseeing daily work schedules, and ensuring that tasks are executed on time. You will also maintain tools and the repair shop in a safe, clean, and orderly manner, which is crucial for operational efficiency. Assisting customers with incoming and outgoing orders is a key part of the role, as is verifying inventory and repairing equipment as needed. The ability to operate hand tools and pay close attention to detail is essential to ensure quality in all work and tasks performed. This role requires a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks with high-quality results within specified timelines every day. You will need to maintain organized and clean work areas and work independently, following instructions and procedures with minimal supervision. Recognizing what needs to be done and taking the initiative to do it is a critical aspect of this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, making flexibility and adaptability important traits for success in this role.
