About The Position

As a Backroom Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks and stocking new freight, which means you will spend the majority of your time in the backroom. This position requires physical strength and stamina, as you will need to lift heavy objects that exceed 50 pounds. Additionally, you may be required to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, to assist in the stocking process. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of merchandise and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. In this full-time position, you will work morning shifts at the Walmart Supercenter located at 10735 Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $14 to $21, depending on your experience and performance.
