About The Position

You will be responsible for adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring that our store remains a welcoming place for shoppers. Your role will include accurately processing customer purchases and returns, promoting our credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining our merchandising philosophy. You will also be expected to participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day, ensuring that the sales floor is always presentable. This position requires a commitment to upholding cleanliness and organizational standards across the store, as well as participating in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a safe working environment. We are looking for individuals who can model established customer experience practices and support a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, as cross-training may be required to meet the business's needs.
