Requirements

Proven experience as a backhoe operator or similar role with a strong understanding of construction site operations.

Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate backhoe machinery to perform various tasks such as excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment, ensuring that all machinery is maintained and functioning correctly.
Collaborate effectively with the construction team to understand job specifications, site requirements, and project timelines.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and others.
Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, equipment usage, and any issues encountered during operations.
Provide support in other areas of the project as needed to ensure overall success and efficiency.
