Requirements
- Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months of commercial driving experience OR three (3) months of commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
- Ability to read and communicate in English, including understanding traffic signs, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports and records
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
- Willingness to travel 2–3 times per week
Responsibilities
- Safely drive tractor-trailer to vendors and company drop-off sites
- Bump docks and complete backhaul operations
- Verify freight accuracy and required trailer temperatures with vendors
- Return tractor and trailer to the division upon route completion
- Perform all required pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
