About The Position

Support DoD systems that protect national leadership, critical infrastructure, and federal operations. This role contributes directly to mission-critical, high-availability applications operating in secure environments.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance at time of hire
• 5+ years of experience developing backend applications with C# and .NET
• Experience building secure APIs and enterprise backend systems
• Familiarity with working in classified or regulated federal environments
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DoD or Law Enforcement programs
• Cloud experience in AWS GovCloud or Azure Government
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments
• Experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services using C# and .NET (.NET Core)
• Build and support RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures used across DHS/USSS systems
• Implement data access layers and business logic using SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Ensure applications comply with federal security standards (e.g., secure coding, auditing, logging)
• Collaborate with cleared engineers, cybersecurity teams, and government stakeholders
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and operational support in classified environments
• Develop and maintain technical documentation required for government systems
