Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby in a Linux environment.
• Experience with complex cloud architectures with asynchronous communication.
• Experience working with both relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools.
• A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.
• The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.
• The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes (advantage).
• Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM-based systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle backend tasks for a growing SaaS product; design and implement architecture, along with maintenance and monitoring.
• Take ownership over features end‑to-end.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine product requirements.
• Work closely with peers and share knowledge across the team.
• Build APIs and background services, including:
• Integrating with external platforms
• Scraping and analyzing content from the web
• Integrating with internal machine learning services
• Building APIs to be used by external customers
