We are currently searching for a Backend Engineer:

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience required ( 7–10 years preferred ) in backend engineering.
• Strong backend development expertise in C# / .NET (preferred) or Java.
• Hands-on production experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Proven experience implementing and managing GraphQL APIs .
• Advanced SQL development skills and professional experience with MongoDB .
• Expertise in Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience supporting microservices environments.
• Languages Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture .
• Cloud exposure with AWS or Azure .
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Background in Retail or Digital Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend services primarily using C# / .NET (or Java).
• Design and implement high-performance GraphQL APIs for enterprise applications.
• Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka to support distributed systems.
• Build and optimize scalable data services utilizing both SQL and MongoDB .
• Develop caching strategies using Redis to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to microservices architecture , ensuring operability and high availability.
• Lead technical design discussions and participate in architecture planning for high-traffic production systems .
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
