We're seeking a Technical Lead II to join a team working on a high-impact mission within the Reporting Product Group at HubSpot. Reporting is what proves HubSpot's value to our customers. We connect their actions to results to allow users to see where their hard work in HubSpot has paid off. This is not back-office reporting; instead, all 120,000 customers use reporting. Engineers in reporting face some of the most complex technical and customer problems out there. We are ingesting all of our customers' data (including the entire contents of the CRM and all their events like web page views) and trying to present a simple but powerful reporting interface. This is not an easy feat when you are working with petabytes of data daily. This Tech Lead will lead one of the Reporting AI Backend teams. This person needs to be ready to approach challenges with the mindset of both a data scientist and developer. They will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate reporting into AI-driven experiences across HubSpot products and build new features to deliver insights faster and more effectively to our customers. As a Tech Lead you will focus on delivering high-quality, impactful work while mentoring and growing the team around you as well.
