The Java/J2EE Tech Lead position requires strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services, and XML. The candidate should have a good understanding of DevOps tools and unit test frameworks, as well as experience in migrating applications to CI/CD pipelines using tools like GIT/BitBucket, Jenkins, Jira, Ansible, and Rundeck. Familiarity with Agile methodology and global delivery models is essential. The role also requires an understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming paradigms, as well as knowledge of HTTP and RESTful APIs. Experience in moving applications to AWS cloud and hands-on experience in Python, Ansible, Shell scripts, and tools like ELK is preferred. The candidate should also have working experience in cloud computing, PaaS, IaaS, Docker, and Containerization, along with excellent communication skills.
