About The Position

The Opportunity As part of the People Tech & AI team you design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions that transform workforce and HR experiences. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain the utmost standards in delivering client-focused solutions. This role offers the chance to work hands-on across the AI solution lifecycle, supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives while building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in back-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
