About The Position

Capgemini is seeking fulltime Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and Golang to build, enhance, and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services. The role focuses on developing cloud‑ready, API‑driven applications using modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Golang Backend frameworks
• Service development REST APIs, JSON, and data persistence (SQL/NoSQL)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with Linux and server‑side development

• Microservices architecture Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Golang
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed services
• Contribute to system design, performance tuning, and scalability
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and security through best practices
