About The Position

As a Backdoor Receiver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of merchandise into the store. You’ll be responsible for receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming shipments while maintaining a safe and organized backroom environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous receiving, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming merchandise deliveries
• Verify shipment contents against invoices and purchase orders
• Inspect products for damage, accuracy, and quality
• Accurately enter receiving data into inventory systems
• Organize and stage products for stocking on the sales floor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members
