Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/transferring product weighing up to 60 lbs. for extended periods.
• Ability to use a pallet jack to transfer products weighing up to 1000 lbs.
• Ability to perform simple math operations and have basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in the use of appropriate equipment for store or facility.
• Experience in retail receiving.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all functions and paperwork related to receiving products.
• Operate machinery including baler, compactor, and forklift safely and properly.
• Maximize sales potential through effective receiving procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area.
• Report any receiving discrepancies to Managers and Buyers.
• Examine contents and compare with records to verify accuracy.
• Attend all applicable trainings and comply with established procedures.
