About The Position

Care Assistant Position at Qualicare KC Home Care. If you have a passion for helping others and desire a purposeful career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We have a female client in the Blue Springs/Lees Summit area. Will be personal care as well as other housekeeping type duties.

Requirements

• Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/Reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow care-plan
• Documentation/Charting
