Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• History of ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year or more of experience as a Baker for Bakery department.
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat for Meat department.
