As a Back Server, you’ll uphold the highest standards of excellence by ensuring every piece of glassware, flatware, and chinaware is spotless and show-ready. This role is perfect if you have at least a year of experience and thrive in a high-energy, sophisticated environment where cleanliness and precision are the headliners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness for glassware, flatware, chinaware, and all miscellaneous cooking tools.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware (both by hand and automated machine).
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitary.
• Upholds cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
• Maintains safe and sanitary work environment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
