North Italia is hiring immediately for Back Servers / Bussers at Town Center Plaza. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn up to $800 per week, with compensation ranging from $2.13 to $7.25 per hour, plus tips. Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths, and floor.
• Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next round of guests.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and hostesses to ensure excellent guest service.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
